Seafood Industry Training Plan for 2009-10

The Seafood Training Centre provides training funds for the delivery of seafood training courses in South Australia. Each year the funding goes towards the training areas where there is a largest demand from the seafood industry.

Coxswain	Certificate II in Transport & Distribution (Coastal Maritime Operations) or Certificate III in Seafood Industry (Fishing Operations)
Master Class 5	Certificate III in Transport & Distribution (Coastal Maritime Operations) or Certificate III in Seafood Industry (Fishing Operations)
Master Class 4	Certificate IV in Transport & Distribution (Coastal Maritime Operations) or Certificate IV in Seafood Industry (Fishing Operations)
Marine Engine Driver 2	Certificate III in Transport & Distribution (Coastal Maritime Operations) or Certificate III in Seafood Industry (Fishing Operations)
Marine Engine Driver 1	Certificate IV in Transport & Distribution (Coastal Maritime Operations) or Certificate IV in Seafood Industry (Fishing Operations)
Seafood Processing	Certificate II and III in Seafood Industry (Seafood Processing)
Aquaculture	Certificate III and IV in Seafood Industry (Aquaculture)
Seafood Diving	Certificate IV in Occupational Diving (Aquaculture Work to 30m)
Seafood Diver Supervisor	Diploma of Occupational Diving (Diver Supervisor – Advanced Underwater Work to 30m)
Diver Medical Technician	Certificate IV in Occupational Diving (Diver Medical Technician)
